EPI (Holdings) Limited has announced that its indirect wholly-owned New Zealand subsidiary, EPI ESG Investment (New Zealand) Limited, has entered into two separate loan agreements with independent third-party companies in New Zealand. Under Loan Agreement A, dated 26 August 2025, EPI ESG Investment will provide Eastport Investments Limited with a loan facility of NZD700,000 (approximately HK$3,080,000) for a six-month term, secured against properties located at 52 Savoy Road, Glen Eden, Auckland. Additionally, on 25 November 2025, the company entered into Loan Agreement B, providing Southport Limited with a loan facility of NZD759,000 (approximately HK$3,340,000) for a twelve-month term. Both loans are guaranteed by Ms. Man Lin, who is an independent third party. The transactions are subject to the notification and announcement requirements under Chapter 14 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules.
