Beijing Haohan Data Technology (SHA:688292) plans to acquire an additional 16.1% in its subsidiary, Beijing Guorui Shuzhi Technology, for 70.7 million yuan, according to a Friday disclosure on the Shanghai bourse.

The stake will be bought from Nanjing Dili Tianshi Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) and Nanjing Diling Renjie Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership).

After the completion of the transaction, Haohan will raise its holdings in Guorui Shuzhi to 51.1%.

The Chinese information technology services provider's shares jumped over 3% at the close.
