Shibusawa Logistics (TYO:9304) said its board approved tendering all 564,700 cross-held shares in Fujitec (TYO:6406) to an offer by Bospolder 1 Corporation, according to a Friday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The stake will be tendered at 5,700 yen a share, with settlement from Dec. 22. A 2.66 billion yen gain on sale of investment securities is expected to be recorded as Q3 extraordinary income for the fiscal year ending March 2026.
