Jade Gas Holdings (ASX:JGH) said a total of 3,342,849 fully-paid ordinary shares will be issued under the share purchase plan on Friday at an offer price of AU$0.035 per share, according to a same-day Australian bourse filing.

It received AU$117,000 in valid applications from eligible shareholders. It will use the proceeds for working capital and to support its strategic initiatives with respect to achieving commercial gas production at the Red Lake gas field.
