Investigators in Taiwan raided the home of former TSMC (TPE:2330) Senior Vice President Wei-Jen Lo for alleged trade secret breaches, Reuters reported Thursday, citing prosecutors.
The raid, conducted in two of Lo's homes, produced computers, USB drives, and other pieces of evidence, according to the report.
Another court also approved a motion to confiscate his shares and real estate, the report said.
The world's largest contract chip manufacturer filed a case against Lo at the Intellectual Property and Commercial Court for violations of the National Security Act, according to Reuters.
