New World Development (HKG:0017) and Sino Group were among the property developers that postponed sales in their projects following the deadly Tai Po fire, which killed 94 people and severely damaged seven buildings, the South China Morning Post reported Thursday.
Sino Group was due to begin sale of 150 units at One Park Place in Yau Tong while New World Development was going to start selling 63 units at the Austin Bohemian project in Yau Ma Tei, the report said.
