China In-Tech (HKG:0464) completed the issue of 117.1 million shares to 27 subscribers at HK$0.90 apiece to raise net proceeds of HK$102.9 million, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Shares of the small appliance maker were down nearly 15% in Friday afternoon trading.

The shares represent roughly 15.48% of the firm's enlarged issued share capital.
