Vitasoy International (HKG:0345) reported HK$171.6 million in attributable profit for the six months ended Sept. 30, up 1% from HK$170.5 million a year earlier, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Earnings per share came in at HK$0.162, compared with HK$0.159 in the prior-year period.

Revenue fell 6% to HK$3.23 billion from HK$3.44 billion, the figures showed.

The board declared an interim dividend of HK$0.04 per share, payable on Dec. 23 to shareholders on record as of Dec. 11.
