The First Day Complete program was used by 191 campus stores in spring 2025, with enrollment rising 19.0% to approximately 957,000 undergraduate and graduate students. Adjusted EBITDA from continuing operations is projected in the range of $32.0 million to $42.0 million, compared to $30.0 million to $36.0 million in the prior year. The company also announced the completion of an internal investigation and provided preliminary restated financial information for comparable prior periods.
