Chagee (CHA) reported Q3 non-GAAP net income Friday of 2.57 Chinese renminbi ($0.36) per diluted share, down from 3.70 renminbi a year earlier.

Two analysts polled by FactSet expected 2.94 renminbi.

Total revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was 3.21 billion renminbi, down from 3.54 billion renminbi a year earlier.

A single analyst surveyed by FactSet expected 3.68 billion renminbi.

The company also declared a special cash dividend of $0.92 per ordinary share or American depositary share, payable Dec. 15 to shareholders as of Dec. 8.
