Brookfield Corporation has completed a C$250 million offering of its Class A Preference Shares, Series 54. The company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering to redeem all outstanding Cumulative Class A Preference Shares, Series 44, for cash at C$25.00 per share on December 31, 2025. Holders of the Series 44 shares of record as of December 15, 2025, will also receive a previously declared quarterly dividend of C$0.3125 per share, payable on the redemption date. The newly issued Series 54 preferred shares will pay a cumulative quarterly fixed dividend yielding 5.65% annually until December 31, 2030, after which the rate will be reset every five years.
