Capinfo Company Limited held its third extraordinary general meeting, first domestic share class meeting, and first H share class meeting on 28 November 2025. During these meetings, shareholders approved the cancellation of the Supervisory Committee and changes to directors and board committee members. The appointment of Ms. Zhu Chenlan as staff representative director was also approved, along with the retirement of Ms. Ge Li, Ms. Ma Xiaoping, and Ms. Kuang Mingzhi as Supervisors. The resignation of Mr. Dong as an independent non-executive director and member of the strategy committee was accepted.
