Sandisk (SNDK) will be included in the S&P 500 index on Nov. 28, the S&P Dow Jones Indices said late Monday.

Sandisk will replace The Interpublic Group of Companies (IPG), according to a statement.

Omnicom Group (OMC) is acquiring The Interpublic Group of Companies in a transaction expected to be completed soon, subject to closing conditions.
