Cboe Global Markets Inc. reported its trading volume statistics for November 2025. In U.S. options, trading in Cboe's proprietary index options suite set several records, including an overall proprietary index options average daily volume $(ADV)$ record of 5.9 million contracts, an S&P 500 Index (SPX) options ADV record of 4.6 million contracts, an SPX zero-days-to-expiry (0DTE) options ADV record of 2.8 million contracts, and a mini-SPX (XSP) ADV record of 132 thousand contracts. Multi-listed options recorded an ADV of 14.4 million contracts, representing a 16.8% increase compared to November 2024. Index options ADV grew by 41.4% year-over-year to 5.9 million contracts. Futures ADV rose 28.3% to 284 thousand contracts compared to the same period last year. In equities, U.S. on-exchange matched shares increased by 12.5% year-over-year to 1.8 billion, while U.S. off-exchange matched shares rose 115.0% to 202 million. Global FX set a new Cboe SEF Non-Deliverable Forwards average daily notional value (ADNV) record of $3.5 billion, with overall Global FX ADV up 7.2% to $53.1 billion. Other notable results include a 17.0% increase in Canadian equities matched shares and a 13.4% increase in European equities matched value compared to November 2024.
