Polyrizon (PLRZ), a biotechnology company developing intranasal products, reported Tuesday the "successful" completion of a major manufacturing upscaling milestone for its nasal-spray product platform.

Shares surged 140% as intraday trading volume catapulted to over 124.9 million from a daily average of about 181,000.

Eventbrite (EB) said it has agreed to be acquired by Bending Spoons in an all-cash transaction valued at about $500 million.

Shares soared 78% as intraday trading volume surged to over 25.9 million from a daily average of roughly 557,000.

Credo Technology (CRDO) shares jumped 13% amid heavy trading after the firm reported overnight higher fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings and revenue.

Trading volume climbed to more than 13.2 million from a daily average of about 6.29 million.
