CA Immobilien Anlagen AG (CA Immo) has secured long-term leases for approximately 2,100 square meters of office space in its Belmundo and LaVista buildings, located in the Belsenpark district of Düsseldorf's Oberkassel neighborhood. With these agreements, both properties are now fully and long-term leased. New tenants include Ahrend GmbH, Magellan GmbH, iBan First SA, Cushman & Wakefield, Coneon GmbH, and Four Recruit GmbH. The buildings, developed by CA Immo as part of the Belsenpark urban quarter, offer a mix of office, retail, and dining spaces and benefit from excellent public transport connectivity at Belsenplatz. Brokerage firms CBRE, Savills, Anteon, Cushman & Wakefield, and Avison Young facilitated the lease transactions, with Colliers advising the landlord.
