EVT Completes Acquisition of Third-Party Hotel Management Firm

EVT (ASX:EVT) completed the acquisition of Pro-invest Hotels, a third-party hotel management company, for AU$74 million, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

If earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) in fiscal 2025 and fiscal 2026 are higher than the management's current expectations, an additional scaled consideration capped at AU$30 million will also be payable, the filing said.

The deal will deliver incremental normalized EBITDA of AU$8 million to AU$9 million annually, including synergies, the filing added.
