MGM Resorts International (MGM) and Entain's gaming entertainment company BetMGM said Monday it launched mobile and retail sports betting in Missouri in partnership with Century Casinos (CNTY).

Players in the state can now place wagers through BetMGM's mobile app or in the new BetMGM Sportsbook at Century Casino & Hotel Cape Girardeau, the company said.
