Hunan TV & Broadcast Intermediary (SHE:000917) partnered with Zhanglv Group and Mango Media to establish a joint venture, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Thursday.

The proposed venture, Zhangjiajie Mango Cultural Tourism, will have a registered capital of 180 million yuan.

All parties will each own 33.3% of the venture after contributing 60 million yuan each, the Chinese media company said.
