Air New Zealand (ASX:AIZ, NZE:AIR) launched its Double Days promotion, which will allow its Airpoints members based in New Zealand to collect double "status points" from Monday to Wednesday, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The travelers can book any Air New Zealand-operated or qualifying partner flight across a number of domestic and international destinations over the next year.
Status Points are used to travel through the airline's Airpoints program, with different tiers allowing for benefits, including Koru Lounge access and priority check-in and boarding.
The airline's shares rose nearly 1% in recent trading on the New Zealand bourse.
