Cushman & Wakefield Ltd. has announced that its Global Occupier Services team has secured an off-market contract extension with BHP, a global resources company. The renewed agreement covers workplace and real estate services across BHP's corporate office portfolio in 12 countries, spanning 19 offices and over 1,466,000 square feet. Under the extended contract, Cushman & Wakefield will provide facilities management, workplace experience, workplace change and engagement, workplace design standards, PMO/occupancy data and analytics, procurement, lease administration, and minor transaction management. The partnership, which began in 2017 and expanded globally in 2021, was extended based on Cushman & Wakefield's operational performance and support for BHP's workplace digital and AI initiatives.
