GR Life Style's (HKG:0108) affiliate, Changsha Yurui Health Technology, agreed to purchase a 78.3% stake in Beijing Chun Yu Tian Xia Software from 16 vendors for 269 million yuan, a Dec. 5 Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Shares of the real estate company were down 4% in Monday afternoon trading.

The consideration will be settled through cash and the issue of 147.4 million shares at HK$1.6 apiece.

The target group operates a leading mobile internet medical and health platform in China known as Doctor Chunyu.
