Shimao Group (HKG:0813) recorded contracted sales of about 1.5 billion yuan in November, with a sold area of 123,395 square meters, a Dec. 5 Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Shares of the firm were down over 1% in Monday morning trade.

The developer's average selling price for the month was 12,260 yuan per square meter.

For the 11 months ended Nov. 30, contracted sales reached roughly 22.4 billion yuan, with a sold area of about 1.84 million square meters and an average selling price of 12,162 yuan per square meter.
