BUZZ-Citi hikes Australia’s <a href="https://laohu8.com/S/CHC.AU">Charter Hall</a> earnings outlook, tracking co's guidance

** Citi lifts core earnings forecasts for Charter Hall Group CHC.AX to align with management’s 95 Australian cents per share guidance for FY26, citing robust property investment activity and strong equity inflows

** Brokerage also lifts FY26 to FY28 estimates by 3.6% to 5.4%, projecting sustained investment momentum through FY27 - FY28 despite lingering pressure from elevated interest rates

** Retain its price target on the fund manager at A$26.1 at 'Buy' rating

** Five of 10 analysts rate the stock "buy" or higher, two as "hold" and three as "sell"; their mean PT is A$24.98 – LSEG data

** Stock up 70.8% YTD as of last close
