Reed's (REED) said Friday it priced an underwritten public offering of common shares and warrants to raise gross proceeds of $10 million.

Shares of the company fell 52% as intraday trading volume increased to more than 431,000 from a daily average of roughly 2,000.

Paramount Skydance (PSKY) offered to acquire Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) for $30 per share, CNBC reported Friday, citing sources with knowledge of the matter. This comes as Netflix (NFLX) said Friday that it will acquire Warner Bros. in an $82.7 billion cash-and-stock deal.

Shares of Paramount dropped 7% as intraday trading volume soared to more than 14.1 million from a daily average of roughly 8.5 million.

Domo (DOMO) Chief Executive Officer Joshua James scaled back his responsibilities to address health matters, the company said in a regulatory filing Friday, while naming Chief Technology Officer Daren Thayne as interim principal executive officer. James will remain the company's CEO.

Shares of the company slumped 24% as intraday trading volume soared to over 2.8 million from a daily average of about 637,000.
