World Kinect Adds $150 Million to Stock Buyback Program, Maintains Quarterly Dividend

World Kinect (WKC) authorized an additional $150 million in share repurchases and maintained its quarterly dividend.

An existing buyback program had $192 million remaining as of Sept. 30, World Kinect said Thursday in a statement.

The dividend of $0.20 a share is payable Jan. 16 to holders of record Dec. 15.

World Kinect shares rose 1.1% in after-hours trading.
