Jiangsu Guofu Hydrogen Energy Equipment Co. Ltd. has announced that it has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with BTE Inc. and Hylium Industries, Inc., both companies based in the Republic of Korea. Under the agreement, the parties will collaborate on the development and manufacture of natural gas reforming hydrogen production PEM power generation module products. The partnership involves Jiangsu Guofu supplying the hydrogen production equipment, while BTE provides the fuel cell power generation equipment. These products are set to be sold to data centers in the United States through Hylium's wholly-owned U.S. subsidiary, with the goal of securing no less than 1GW of orders within three years. The company believes this collaboration has significant market potential, particularly in addressing electricity shortages in U.S. data centers.
