GRC Says Jadewin Liquidators File Discontinuance with Court After Settling Debt

GRC (SGX:S3N) said the liquidators of Jadewin Smooth have filed for discontinuance of their court application against the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, OKH Holdings, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The filing of the discontinuance came after GRC reached a settlement for the debt owed to Jadewin Smooth.

The discontinuance was filed with no order as to costs, and no relief was granted to the

liquidators of Jadewin, which is under compulsory liquidation, the filing said.
