CIFI (HKG:0884) recorded contracted sales of around 930 million yuan in November, with a gross floor area (GFA) of 82,700 square meters, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The property developer's average selling price for the month stood at approximately 11,500 yuan per square meter.

For the 11 months ended Nov. 30, contracted sales and GFA reached roughly 15.1 billion yuan and over 1.4 million square meters, respectively, with an average selling price of 10,900 yuan per square meter.
