Ningbo Jansen Superconducting Technologies (SHA:688805) launched its initial public offering on the Shanghai bourse, seeking to offer up to 41.9 million shares, according to a prospectus filed Friday.
The magnetic resonance imaging equipment maker's IPO shares will constitute 25% of the company's entire shareholding following the offer.
Upon completion of the IPO, Ningbo Jansen's share capital will rise to 167.7 million shares.
GF Securities (HKG:1776, SHE:000776) is the sponsor and lead underwriter of the offering.
