Marcus & Millichap Inc. has successfully arranged the sale of a $13.5 million retail portfolio within the Rosewick Corner mixed-use development in La Plata, Maryland. The transaction included three newly constructed retail buildings: a freestanding Aldi grocery store, a 7-Eleven convenience store and fueling station, and a 7,000-square-foot retail strip center featuring tenants such as the University of Maryland Medical System. The properties were sold as separate land condo parcels between March 2023 and December 2025, with Marcus & Millichap's team representing both sellers and buyers in the various transactions. The retail portfolio is part of the larger Rosewick Corner project, which also features a 193-unit multifamily community and is located near major retailers Lowe's and Giant.
