$Aramark(ARMK-W)$ (ARMK) said late Thursday it completed the repricing of its 2030 term loan B of $2.40 billion.

The new rate will be the secured overnight financing rate plus 175 basis points, a 25 bps drop in pricing, the company said.

The reduced rate is expected to result in annual interest expense savings, according to the company.
