Hertz Energy Inc. has announced a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise up to $440,000. The offering will consist of up to 4,400,000 units priced at $0.10 per unit, with each unit comprising one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant allows the holder to purchase an additional share at $0.125 within 36 months of the closing date. The proceeds will be used for general and administrative expenses and to advance the company's Lake George Antimony project. All securities issued will be subject to a four-month-plus-one-day hold period under Canadian securities laws.
