Kyndryl Holdings (KD) said Thursday it has launched its Quantum Safe Assessment service to help companies address future quantum computing security risks.

The service identifies cryptographic vulnerabilities in an organization's IT systems and creates a customized roadmap to transition to quantum-safe security, the company said.

It assesses key systems, such as payment gateways and cloud infrastructure, based on their risk exposure to quantum threats, Kyndryl said.

The service also includes encryption discovery, risk-based classification, and a phased transformation plan to implement quantum-resistant encryption, it said.
