AmpliTech Group Inc. has announced the successful participation in its Unit Rights Offering, with approximately $6.7 million in unit subscription rights received as of December 10, 2025. The offering consists of up to 8,000,000 units at $4 per unit, with each unit including one share of common stock, one Series A Right, and one Series B Right, each entitling the holder to purchase additional common stock. The company has received over 900,000 basic subscriptions and over 700,000 oversubscriptions. In response to strong demand and to allow eligible holders more time to participate, AmpliTech's Board of Directors has extended the subscription period to 5:00 pm Eastern Time on January 9, 2026, unless terminated earlier. All other terms of the rights offering remain unchanged.
