Badger Meter Inc. has announced new compensation terms for key executives effective January 1, 2026. Robert A. Wrocklage, newly appointed Executive Vice President - North America Municipal Utility, will receive a base salary of $550,000 per year, a target bonus level set at 80% of his base salary, and a long-term incentive plan award valued at $800,000 for 2026. Kimberly K. Stoll, appointed as Vice President - Customer Support and General Manager - SmartCover, will have a base salary of $340,000 per year, a target bonus level at 55% of her base salary, and a long-term incentive plan award valued at $250,000 for 2026. Additionally, amended and restated Key Executive Employment Agreements were entered into with executive officers, outlining payments and benefits in the event of a qualifying termination following a change-in-control. Executives receiving compensation under these agreements are subject to non-competition, non-disparagement, and confidentiality obligations for one year post-termination.
