Pinnacle Financial Partners Inc., through its subsidiary Pinnacle Bank, has entered into a strategic partnership with Greystar, a global leader in residential real estate investment, development, and management. Under the agreement, Greystar, via its Credit Opportunities Fund II, will act as the junior capital partner in Pinnacle's bridge loan pipeline. This partnership is designed as a credit risk transfer, improving Pinnacle's balance sheet efficiency and supporting the growth of its bridge lending program. The collaboration aims to reduce Pinnacle's risk-weighted assets and credit risk while expanding financing options for clients in the commercial real estate sector.
