Aurizon Holdings (ASX:AZJ) said Chair Tim Poole resigned, effective Jan. 15, 2026, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

Non-Executive Director Tim Longstaff will succeed Poole as chair, the filing said.

Longstaff also serves as a non-executive director at Inghams Group (ASX:ING), Perenti (ASX:PRN), and Nine Entertainment Co. Holdings (ASX:NEC), the filing added.
