Structure Therapeutics (GPCR) said Wednesday it has priced its upsized public offering of about 8.5 million American depositary shares at $65 per ADS.

The company also priced pre-funded warrants to purchase 1.5 million ADSs at $64.9999 per warrant.

One ADS represents three ordinary shares, the company said.

Gross proceeds from the offering, expected to close Thursday, are estimated to be about $650 million.

Underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.5 million ADSs.
