Hatten Land (SGX:PH0) is looking to provisionally liquidate its subsidiary, Hatten Edge, as it is unable to continue its business due to liabilities, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The company will confirm the appointment of liquidators at its extraordinary general meeting on Jan. 6, 2026.

Tan Wei Cheong and Lim Loo Khoon were appointed as joint and several provisional liquidators of the subsidiary in a director's resolution passed on Dec. 19.
