APi Group Signs Deal to Acquire CertaSite, Updates 2025 Net Revenue Guidance

APi Group (APG) said Wednesday it has signed an agreement to acquire safety services provider CertaSite.

Financial terms of the transaction were not provided, but APi said CertaSite is expected to contribute about $90 million in full-year 2025 revenue.

APi said it now expects 2025 net revenue to be at or above $7.88 billion, the midpoint of its October guidance range of $7.83 billion to $7.93 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $7.88 billion.

The company said it expects to fund the acquisition with cash on hand and complete it in Q1 of 2026.
