ZIM Integrated Shipping Services (ZIM) said Monday that independent proxy advisory firm Institutional Shareholder Services has recommended company shareholders to vote in favor of all eight of the company's director nominees.

The proxy advisory has further recommended the company's shareholders to vote against Keren Bar-Hava, Ron Hadassi and Ran Gritzerstein, the three director nominees proposed by shareholders, during ZIM's annual meeting on Dec. 26, ZIM said.

Shares of the ZIM Integrated Shipping Services were up over 2% in recent Monday trading.
