Sinofert (HKG:0297) said an indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Sinochem Fertilizer, has entered into a new IT business services framework agreement with Sinochem Digital Intelligence for 2026, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the fertilizer company were down over 1% in Tuesday morning trade.

Under the agreement, Sinochem Digital Intelligence will continue to provide IT services, including system operation and maintenance, enhancement services, IT resource leasing, and software licensing and procurement.

The services will be provided from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2026, the filing said.

The annual cap for fees payable under the agreement is set at 18 million yuan, it added.
