M2i Global Inc., in collaboration with Volato Group and Next-Gen Energy Technology, has announced significant progress in their strategic partnership and offtake agreement for Lithium Nickel Cobalt Aluminum (Li-NCA) cathode materials. The partnership aims to establish the first Li-NCA cathode materials manufacturing plant outside of China, with the pilot facility in Australia on track for commissioning by the second quarter of 2027. Full-scale production is expected by 2028, with a planned capacity of 10,000 tons per year, generating an estimated US $340 million in annual revenue. This initiative is part of a broader effort under the U.S.-Australia Critical Minerals Framework to diversify supply chains, support energy transition, and create economic opportunities in both countries.
