Stoneweg EREIT Divests Italian Property for EUR34 Million

Stoneweg EREIT (SGX:SET) agreed to divest Amba Aradam Rome (Maxima), a non-core Italian asset for 34 million euros, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Maxima is a single building with a total lettable area of 16,689 square meters.

Proceeds raised from the divestment will be used to reduce a revolving credit facility, meet working capital needs, and for reinvestment opportunities.

Following the completion of the divestment, the REIT will have achieved a total of 140 million euros in divestments in 2025.
