Aurum Resources (ASX:AUE) said its ongoing 100,000-meter infill drilling program at the Boundiali gold project in the Ivory Coast hit high-grade results, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
It encountered intercepts of 10.15 meters at 6.05 grams per tonne grade of gold from 125.50 meters, as well as 2.2 meters at 23.65 g/t grade of gold from 93.60 meters.
The drilling is ongoing, and gold mineralization remains open along strike and at depth. Two new drill rigs were added, expanding the firm's fleet to 12.
Its shares fell 2% in recent trading on Friday.
