Jinshang Bank Co. Ltd. has filed an updated list of its board of directors and their roles with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX). The board is led by Executive Director and Chairwoman Ms. Hao Qiang, who also serves as Chairperson of the Development and Strategy Committee and is a member of the Nomination, Remuneration and HR Committee. Mr. Zhang Yunfei is Vice Chairman and Vice Chairperson of the Development and Strategy Committee, as well as a member of the Risk Management and Related Parties Transactions Control Committees. Executive Director Mr. Wang Qi serves on the Related Parties Transactions Control Committee and the Consumer Rights Protections Committee. Non-executive Directors include Mr. Gao Yurong, Mr. Rong Changqing (Vice Chairman, subject to regulatory approval), Mr. Wang Xiankui, Mr. Li Yang, and Mr. Wang Jianjun. Independent Non-executive Directors are Mr. Duan Qingshan, Ms. Hu Zhihong, Mr. Chan Ngai Sang Kenny, Mr. Liang Yongming, and Mr. Wu Xiaoping (the latter subject to regulatory approval).
