Acme International Raises HK$16.1 Million from Share Placement

Acme International (HKG:1870) completed the placing of 30 million shares to at least six investors at HK$0.55 to raise net proceeds of HK$16.1 million, a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

The shares represent around 2.95% of the building maintenance provider's enlarged issued share capital.

Proceeds will be used to develop the firm's electricity trading business and other related potential green power energy projects in China, as well as for general working capital.
