Ondas Holdings Inc. has completed the acquisition of Roboteam Ltd., a global leader in rugged tactical unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs). The move expands Ondas Autonomous Systems' portfolio to include Roboteam’s combat-proven UGV platforms, which are used by military and security forces in over 30 countries for missions such as reconnaissance, explosive ordnance disposal, and logistics support. Roboteam will continue to operate within Ondas Autonomous Systems, retaining its leadership and engineering teams to ensure continuity in customer relationships and ongoing product development. By integrating Roboteam’s ground robotics with Ondas’ existing aerial autonomy and AI-driven analytics, the company aims to deliver more comprehensive solutions for defense, homeland security, and public safety sectors.
