SGH (ASX:SGH) appointed John Gillam as the chair-elect, effective Feb. 1, 2026, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

Gillam will succeed Terry Davis, who will work with him during a transition period before he officially takes over the role on June 1, 2026, when Davis retires, the filing added.
